Join us for a weekend Getaway of fun, fishing, and camaraderie! It is our 3rd Annual Guided Ice Fishing Tournament on Leech Lake, Minnesota’s third largest lake in Walker, MN. This event, weather permitting, will take place on Saturday, January 13th, from 8:00-5:00 pm.
This is a guided fishing tournament on Leech Lake. We will provide fish houses, bait, and all meals! All participants must be a Veteran and registered through Camp Bliss. There are 21 available spots for veterans that are first-come-first serve basis, we will also have a waiting list. Please commit fully to attending your retreat, if you do not show up, that is a Veteran’s spot that you have eliminated. We have limited fishing supplies, so please bring your favorite fishing rod or tip-up pole, if you do not have one, we will supply one.
$500 in prize money will be awarded! Friday night check-in, Saturday fishing, awards and bonfire and Sunday breakfast in our beautiful Lodge setting on three lakes!
All our Getaways & Retreats are alcohol free.
**We will not be charging a registration fee for Veteran Getaways for the next two years, as we have secured funding from the MDVA. You may come up to two retreats per year! **
